Jim Boeglin, JD, GRI, Realtor
Jim was born and raised in Ferdinand, a small and prosperous town in Southern Indiana. In 1965 he graduated Indiana University with an AB in Economics, and then went on to obtain a JD from IU Law School in 1968. Prior to becoming a Florida Realtor in 2003, Jim was a 35-year member of the Indiana State Bar Association and senior partner in the Fort Wayne, Indiana law firm of Boeglin, Troyer, and Gerardot. Jim brings many years of experience in selling, buying, and negotiating real estate and business transactions on behalf of satisfied clients and customers. His legal background and practical, common sense approach to problem solving is helpful in all phases of a real estate transaction.
He is currently a member of the Bonita/Estero Area Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors, has earned his GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and is currently working on a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) certification.
Jim is a past member of the Board of Governors for Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club, and a past member of the Board of Directors for Spanish Wells Community Association and Unit II HOA. He currently serves on a variety of committees at the club. He is an avid cyclist, golfer and reader. He also enjoys writing the Boeglin Team Newsletters and Blogs.

Jan Boeglin, GRI, Realtor
Jan grew up in Ligonier, Indiana where her family owned and operated Kidd’s Marshmallow Products. After other ventures, she went to work in the family business to help expand into world-wide sales and marketing. She brings to real estate her sales and marketing experience, along with technology and communication skills.
Jan is a current member of the Bonita/Estero Area Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors, has earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and is currently working on a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) certification. She is also involved in the Naples Chapter of Executive Women’s Golf Association, and is a member and past President of the 18-Hole Women’s Golf Assoc. at Spanish Wells. She and Jim became Florida residents in 1998, and then moved from Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Bonita Springs in 2001. In her leisure time she enjoys golf and bicycling. She and Jim share three wonderful children, four precious grandchildren and two cuddly cats.
Jim “Grif” Griffith, JD, CAM, Realtor
Grif hails from Cleveland, OH where he graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 1954 with a BBA, and then with a JD in 1958. He practiced law in the Cleveland area until he retired in 2006 and moved to Bonita Springs, Florida. He became licensed Florida realtor in 2009, and also earned his CAM (Community Assoc. Manager) in 2009. A new addition to The Boeglin Team, Grif brings a multitude of talents, including organization, analytical, and research skills, as well as the calm demeanor needed for expert negotiating.
Grif currently has active status in the Ohio State Bar Assoc., the American Bar Assoc., the Bonita/Estero Area Board of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors, and the First Presbyterian Church of Bonita Springs where he serves in many capacities. He is a member of Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club, where in the past he served on the Board of Directors and a variety of committees. He also served on the Board of the Spanish Wells Community Association.
He is married to Wynette, and together they enjoy their four children and four grandchildren.

Fred Cuthbertson, Realtor
Fred received his Florida real estate license earlier this month, and has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate as a member of the Boeglin Team. Although Fred is new to real estate, he is not new to sales and marketing. His experiences have included selling mainframe computers and software applications. A graduate of Lehigh University, Fred has expertise in various technologies including e-commerce, and vertical industry software and hardware applications. He has years of management experience in operations and sales, and will add a new dimension to the Boeglin Team.
Real estate is in Fred’s genes, as his father was a real estate broker on Cape Cod for 25 years, and more recently was a Realtor in Naples until his retirement at age 88.
Fred and his wife, Carol, and faithful dog Yogi, are residents of Marbella at Spanish Wells. Fred is a member of Spanish Wells Country Club, and has been active on various community association boards, including the Spanish Wells Community Association.
