This is a series of articles about golf communities located along the corridor from Naples to Fort Myers, including Bonita Springs and Estero. These are the communities in which the Boeglin Team works and plays.
We will include the “bundled” communities, such as Pelican Sound, Highland Woods, Worthington, Copperleaf, Spring Run, and Vasari, in which the residents are automatically golf members—whether they are golfers or not. Golf privileges in bundled communities are usually more affordable, because there are usually more golfers wanting tee times than there are tee times available.
We also plan to feature the traditional country club communities in which golf membership is optional, such as Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, Shadowwood, Audubon, Spanish Wells, Palmira, Grandezza, Imperial, Miramar Lakes, Pelican Marsh, Vineyards, Quail West, Quail Creek, Strand, Old Cypress, Mediterra, and Tiburon.
The pros and cons of “bundled” vs. “unbundled” will be discussed, so that interested homebuyers will be able to focus in on the communities most suited to their needs, tastes, and financial situations.
Jim and Jan Boeglin have lived in Bonita Springs since 2001, and have both been active, full time Coldwell Banker realtors since 2003. We have personal experience with all of the communities in this series, and we have personally experienced the ups and downs of the real estate market in Southwest Florida.
Indiana natives who have made the transition to Florida with no regrets, Jim was an Indiana attorney for 35 years and Jan has a strong marketing and technology background. To the extent that we can facilitate a successful investment in a single family home or condo in the area, we stand ready, willing and able to help in this exciting process.
